Data Protection.

The protection of your personal data is very important to us. Your data will be processed by us on the basis of the statutory provisions (General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 – hereinafter referred to as “GDPR” and the national data protection regulations).

1. RESPONSIBLE

The person responsible within the meaning of Art 4 Z 7 GDPR is the operator of this website according to the information in the imprint (also referred to as “we”, “us” in this data protection declaration). There you will also find all the contact details you need to assert your rights (point 6).

2. PERSONAL DATA

We only process the personal data that you make available to us (by visiting our website or by the information you have provided in a contact form or a newsletter registration), such as: first name, last name, email address, telephone number, date of birth / Age, gender, bank details (e.g. credit card number, account number), IP address; although not all of the specified types of data are affected or have to be specified in every case. Special categories of personal data within the meaning of Art 9 DS-GVO are not processed by us on this website.

3. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The processing of your personal data takes place primarily to fulfill a contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures (Art 6 Para 1 lit b GDPR), as we cannot prepare, conclude or fulfill a contract with you without this data. Furthermore, the processing is carried out to safeguard our legitimate interests or legitimate interests of third parties (Art 6 Para 1 lit f GDPR), in particular for the purposes of the operational security of the website, claims management, direct marketing in analog and digital form, existing customer advertising, statistical Evaluation as well as the improvement of our service offer and its quality (for the right of withdrawal see point 6).

We will only process your personal data to the extent covered by the GDPR. As a rule, your personal data will not be transmitted to third parties. If – for example, to fulfill a contract – a transfer to third parties should be necessary, this transfer will take place in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR. In this case, we ask you to also observe the data protection declarations of these third parties, as these may apply. This does not apply to statistical or similar purposes; however, no personal data is transmitted, only anonymized data that does not allow identification of a natural person and cannot be assigned to a specific natural person (see also points 8, 9, 10).

4. DATA SECURITY

Your personal data is protected by organizational and technical measures, such as protection against unauthorized access and technical data security precautions.

Please note, however, that despite these efforts, it cannot be completely ruled out that data that you have disclosed via the Internet could nonetheless be viewed and potentially used by other people. We can therefore not accept any liability or responsibility for errors in data transmission or unauthorized access by third parties (e.g. hacker attacks, spyware, malware, etc.).

5. RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data will only be stored by us for as long as is necessary to fulfill contractual or legal obligations (corresponding retention obligations can result, for example, from tax law regulations or from regulations on product liability). If this is no longer necessary, the data will be deleted.

6. INFORMATION, DELETION, RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

Subject to the existence of any statutory confidentiality obligations, you have the right to receive information about your stored personal data, their origin, the processing purpose and, if applicable, the recipient of this data at any time. You also have the right to request the correction, transfer, restriction of processing, blocking or deletion of your personal data if it is incorrect or the basis for data processing no longer applies. You also have the option to object to the processing of your personal data on the basis of Art 6 Paragraph 1 lit f GDPR (“safeguarding legitimate interests”).

We ask you to address all of these claims to one of the contact options / contact persons stated in our imprint on the website.

We point out that a possible objection has no influence on the admissibility of the processing of personal data on the basis of other permissions according to Art 6 DS-GV
